Frank Adelman

Frank Adelman, President and Chief Executive Officer

Frank Adelman leads the Transflo business and executive team. In 2004, he joined the company as Senior Vice President, and he was appointed the President and Chief Executive Officer in 2013. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and General Manager for both the Merchant Services Division and the Transportation Group at Comdata Corp., a $350M provider of payment and information services to the transportation industry. Prior to joining Comdata, Frank was Vice President of Sales for the Trendar Corp., a venture-funded company providing point-of-sale and fleet data information systems to the transportation industry. His leadership includes over 30 years of software, data, payment, and transportation experience, including more than 20 years of executive leadership and general management experience. He holds a B.S. degree from the University of Tennessee.

Mitch Hixon

Michael Southworth, President

Michael is responsible for all company operations, engineering, marketing, and business development. Prior to joining the company he served as the General Manager of the Intelligent Self-Service business at Verint Systems, Inc., From June 2014 to February 2016, Mr. Southworth was Chief Executive Officer of Contact Solutions and led Contact Solution’s business transformation, including strategy planning, risk mitigation, executive recruitment and change management. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of California at Berkeley. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Grid Dynamics, Inc.

Don Burke

Don Burke, Chief Operating Officer

Don Burke leads Transflo’s operations, implementation and technical services, consulting, and project management organization. In 1999, he joined the company leading the training and project management organization, has held a variety of leadership roles within the company, and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2013. Previously, he served as Vice President at The Summit Group, a consulting organization specializing in business process automation and process effectiveness to Fortune 500 firms. His leadership includes 30 years of IT, project management, and consulting experience, and he is known for building and managing profitable service organizations. Don attended Colorado State University.

Salem Elnahwy

Salem Elnahwy, Chief Technology Officer

Salem Elnahwy leads Transflo’s technology, quality assurance, and user experience organizations. In 2003, he joined the company in the development organization, later served as Vice President of Development, and was promoted to Chief Technology Officer in 2016. Previously, he led software development at global network and mobile company Verizon (previously MCI-WorldCom) as well as Boston-based IT services firm Keane. His leadership includes 20 years of software development, engineering, information technology, and quality assurance experience in mobility, Internet, IT, and transportation industries. He holds a B.S. degree with honors from the University of Alexandria, Egypt. Fun fact: Salem is a first degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and loves to drive his Mini Cooper.

Mitch Hixon

Christopher Black, Chief Financial Officer

Christopher Black leads Transflo’s Finance organization. In 2018, he joined the company as its Chief Financial Officer after having led the Finance organizations of four publicly traded or private-equity backed companies including American Commercial Lines where he led the company’s IPO and Vivint where he led the sale of the company to Blackstone. He has also served as a Board Member for three companies including the Sports Information Group and Hi-Tech Veneers. He earned his B.A. in Psychology from Wabash College and his M.B.A. from Indiana State University.

Doug Schrier, Vice President Product and Innovation

Doug Schrier leads Transflo’s product and innovation organization. In 2017, he joined the company as VP of Product and Innovation after serving as VP of Continuous Improvement and Program Management for Covenant Transportation Group, a $700M Transportation and Logistics Company. His leadership includes over 15 years of Innovation, Technology, and Management experience in a wide array of companies. He earned his B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Kennesaw State University(Formerly Southern Polytechnic State University).

Mitch Hixon

Zach Vickman, Vice President of Sales

Zach leads Transflo’s sales operations. In 2020 he joined the company as its VP of Sales after a close to 10-year career at Concur, helping stand-up and grow the SMB sales org into a $100M+ business and serving as the VP of Sales for the US Mid-Market team over the last 3 years. He brings a 24-year  history in sales delivering outstanding results in highly competitive markets. Passionate about building high-performing teams, exceeding stretch goals, and developing long-term customer relationships. He earned a degree from the University of Kansas and currently resides in the Twin Cities area with his lovely wife Kristyn and their four children; Kai, Charlie, Sophie, & Bella.
